A Point in History

On September 26, 1924 Jean Hoerni was born in Switzerland.  Research the invention that coined him "a pioneer of his time".  In your own words, not copy and paste, discuss what he invented and how this invention has impacted the world and your own personal life.  Minimum of two paragraphs and it must be in your own words.  Provide links to the site(s) where you got your information.  Record on your own personal blog.  Due by Friday, September 30.

    Jean Hoerni was the one of the traitorous eight. He was the first person to develop the planar process. The planer process is a manufacturing process that is used to build individual components of a silicon transistor.
